You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. uniq99 strictly enforces this age restriction and requires identity verification documentation to confirm your age during the KYC process. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all wagers voided, and any funds in their account forfeited without recourse. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access or use uniq99 services.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling due to any court order, probation condition, self-exclusion agreement with another gambling operator, or similar legal restriction. Each Player is permitted only one (1) account with uniq99. You may not register multiple accounts under the same name, different names, or using family members' or associates' information. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or evade account restrictions, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Age Verification: uniq99 employs industry-standard age verification procedures. By creating an account, you consent to our verification of your age and identity through third-party databases and document verification services. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds.
To register an account with uniq99, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify uniq99 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. uniq99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.
uniq99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and you agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Standard verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed, and uniq99 may impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawals or suspicious account activity. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
uniq99 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close existing accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we reasonably believe a Player is underage, has provided false information, is accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction, has violated these Terms, or is engaged in fraudulent activity. We further reserve the right to implement deposit limits, wagering limits, or other account restrictions as part of our responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures.
uniq99 accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including direct bank transfers to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and others), e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other approved payment channels as listed on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. uniq99 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Most deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet methods are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. In rare cases where manual processing is required, deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours or longer during periods of high transaction volume or technical difficulties. If your deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within two (2) hours, please contact customer support with your transaction reference details.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your uniq99 account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. You further warrant that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name and that you have full legal authority to use such payment method. uniq99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds and payment method ownership as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from payment accounts belonging to someone other than the account holder) are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned to the sender, and your account may be closed for breach of these Terms. This restriction applies to deposits made by spouses, family members, friends, or any other third party.
Withdrawals from your uniq99 Account Balance can be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another payment method verified and approved by uniq99. Available withdrawal methods include bank transfers to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallet transfers to verified e-wallet accounts. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must generally be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used for at least one previous deposit to your account.
uniq99 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, with most withdrawals approved and paid within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, seven days per week). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed first thing the following morning. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to mandatory KYC verification requirements. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 IDR may require additional verification and security checks, which can extend processing time up to twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds in your bank account or e-wallet depends on processing times of your financial institution, which are outside uniq99's control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier, as displayed during the withdrawal request process. Standard accounts have daily and monthly withdrawal limits, while VIP tier accounts enjoy higher limits. uniq99 does not charge fees for withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for excessive withdrawal requests (defined as more than three withdrawal requests within a seven-day period).
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Your first withdrawal cannot be processed until you have successfully completed KYC verification by submitting the required identification documents. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to re-verification if there are changes to your account details, extended periods of account inactivity, or if uniq99's security systems flag unusual account activity. You agree to provide any additional documentation requested as part of the withdrawal verification process.
Before you can withdraw deposited funds, you must meet minimum wagering requirements designed to prevent money laundering. Standard deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) in sports betting, casino games, or lottery products before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits on which bonuses were claimed are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus, which may be significantly higher. Failure to meet applicable wagering requirements will result in rejection of your withdrawal request.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with 15x wagering requirements means you must wager fifteen times the bonus amount in eligible games. All bets placed on the uniq99 Platform are governed by the specific rules of the game, sport, or market on which the bet is placed, as published on the Platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or betting market before placing wagers. uniq99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds display, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances where bet acceptance would be manifestly unfair to either party.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as announced by the relevant sports governing body or official competition organizer. In the event of a postponed match or event, bets will remain valid if the event is rescheduled and played within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled time; otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Special rules apply to live in-play betting, including acceptance delays and the possibility of bet rejection if the live feed shows a significant event occurring between bet placement and our acceptance. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; betting on outcomes where you possess inside information or have the ability to influence the result; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; and any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of account balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uniq99 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall uniq99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time of the claim or one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000 IDR), whichever is greater.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of uniq99 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution of the matter. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful after thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. Any arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in English language and shall take place in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws, the provisions of local law shall prevail to the extent required, but all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
